The EDA Solutions support team has one goal: to provide the best customer support in the CAE industry.

Support Contracts

PC|SCHEMATIC Products are licensed with a 3-month limited defect warranty. For continued cover to enable you to receive product enhancements and defect fixes outside of this period PC|SCHEMATIC provide an Annual Maintenance Agreement. This is an agreement between PC|SCHEMATIC and the customer that provides updates and enhancements as well as technical assistance through application notes and bulletins. A Maintenance Agreement:

  • Gives the user a degree of protection against latent defects in the software system by effectively extending the warrantee period.
  • Gives the user a means to obtain the latest version of the software which may include actual feature enhancements which are not related to defects.
  • Provides a technical support mechanism whereby the user can call upon experts from the supplier for technical advise and problem diagnosis.

EDA Solutions' aim is to provide our customers with the best possible support services! We have put together an overall support solution which aims at giving quality of service users like. Our Annual Service Contract is our most effective solution for helping you when you need support services the most. By signing up today you can expect to receive the following benefits:

  • Hotline, email and remote support available every workday for the period of the contract during service hours (8:30am to 5pm).
  • Software updates to bring you the latest improvements in product functionality, usability and performance to all maintenance users without the user having to request them.
  • Upgrade/new release training seminars.
  • Support website, offers rapid, secure self-service access to service request management, release/patch downloads, knowledge base access and more.
  • CAD Guidance.
  • Optional on-site mentoring may be used for a wide variety of on-site assistance.
    Examples include:
    • Short term help with installation,
    • Customisation or product migration,
    • Intensive, targeted training; follow-up instruction after a training course; or on-the-job coaching.
